That’s what it took to realize this awe-inspiring overgrown splendor envisioned by White Lilac, the Costa Mesa-based event design firm founded by Sunny Ravanbach. The whimsical wedding installation transformed the 100-year-old barn at Carmel-by-the-Sea’s Santa Lucia Preserve into an ode to nature’s grandeur, with peonies, garden roses, sweet peas, white and lavender wisteria, Chinese elm and more. whitelilacinc.com.
