Pottery Barn and Monique Lhuillier unveil romantic takes on wedding list essentials for spring
In Partnership with Pottery Barn
Whether an engaged couple is starting from scratch in their home or building on a joint collection, the wedding registry offers an opportunity to hone their shared sense of style. At Pottery Barn, the retailer’s latest registry collection in partnership with renowned bridal and fashion designer Monique Lhuillier is a fresh array of modern classics. Inspired by the same romance and contemporary elegance Lhuillier infuses into her coveted wedding gowns, the newly unveiled Spring 2019 collaboration includes sophisticated tabletop, decor, bedding, bath and gift essentials that are the perfect finishing touches for any newlywed nest.
“My bridal collections are based on my unique understanding of today’s bride — how she wants to look, how she wants to feel and what is important to her,” Lhuillier says. “But the life you lead after the wedding, and the style you bring to your everyday world, is just as important as your wedding dress. Knowing that, I approached the Spring collection for Pottery Barn with the focus of creating distinctly special, modern classics that would be at home on any registry.”
Fitting for spring, the collection’s aesthetic is a blend of romance and whimsy, with tones of blush, white, gold and rose gold throughout. Bedding such as the Penelope Ikat Floral Print Duvet Cover, Rose Bouquet Print Quilt and matching shams strike a sweet, romantic note on a couple’s bed. Meanwhile, the white Juliana Dinnerware features softly scalloped edges for a Dinnerware set that’s perfectly timeless no matter the meal or occasion. Other standouts include the Lara Floral Wine Bucket and Lara Floral Taper Candlesticks, an elegant rose gold dessert Juliana Three-Tiered Stand and the Marlowe Rose Gold Flatware. With it all coordinating so stylishly, a couple could be tempted to register for the complete collection, rendering all their registry to-do’s done and dusted in one fell swoop. potterybarn.com.
